OPENING OF DCOSWS - COMPUTER DIVISION AT KOLKATA.

WE have taken an office premises at 1, Dr. Deodhar Rahaman Road 1st floor, Kolkata - 700045 P.O. Lake Gardens in association with Mr. D. Roy the original owner of the premises on terms which has been clearly defined in the agreement made after mutual understanding basis.

Our main objective is to run our office for both cultural and educational wing from the above premises to meet various visitors, organising meetings, taking computer literacy classes for the school children from class VIII to class XII specially who are from lower middle class society at a very nominal fee.

OPENING OF DCOSWS - ORISSA CHAPTER UNDER DCOSWS KOLKATA OFFICE.

On 30th September 2007, we have opened our Orissa chapter headed by Mr. Dipti Ranjan Martha, Mr. Akshoy Kr. Biswoi, Mr. Rabindra Panda and 30 nos district co ordinator of Orissa district.

The program was inaugarated by Mr.Dilip Srichandan MLA / Khurda district, Prof. P.S.Sengupta dean dept. of english kalinga institute of technology - Bhubaneswar (deemed university), Mrs. Sabita Sahoo President of Mahila Commision (Orissa) and director of mahila gramin bank (govt. of Orissa undertaking) and many other dignitaries accompanied by the regional office bearers of dcosws - Kolkata chapter.

Apart from cultural and social work DCOSWS - Orissa chapter will also work on educational project at rural sector to develop model primary school. they have already taken initiative to undertake one primary school at berhampur near chilka. they have also decided to go for icse affiliation for dcosws to start our own school with the help of Mr. Dilip Srichandan MLA and Sri Ajay Makan MOS/central responsible for orissa and who is our officiating patron.

FREE SCHOOL UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION AT KOLKATA BY DCOSWS IN ASSOCIATION WITH MAMRAJ JAYATRI TRUST.

We have already delivered free school uniform to Dr.Jadav Chandra Vidyapith - a primary school for BPL level for 167 students including boys and girls accompanied by biscuit and sweet packet.

The school authority is very happy and after puja holiday they will sit with us for cultural and vocational activity to be done by dcosws - kolkata chapter at their school campus.

Two more schools are yet to be given the free school uniform, which will be given after durga puja holiday.
